Explore the usefulness of adjustment layers such as the Black & White Adjustment Layer.
William will demonstrate using the B&W Adjustment Layer for the colour correction techniques like Cross Processing, Polarize effect, etc.

Lynus will demonstrate how to combine multiple exposures to create stunning imageries. He will explore the possiblilities of high dynamic range images and image blending and offer some simple solutions to common exposure problems.

Synopsis: There are many colors that you can use while creating a website. But
how many people do actually know if the color would show up on the browser?
Carlsson will take you to explore web colors with applications like Adobe Kuler
and how you could make use of different color combinations.

Synopsis: Shooting multiple exposures with Auto Exposure Bracketing using a DSLR
and processing with creative camera raw techniques using Bridge and
Photoshop's History brush tool.

Synopsis: It is said that the best camera is the one that you have with you. i.e. your phone camera. Let's look at some ways in which we can improve our phone camera pictures. We will look at ideas to take better phonecam pictures and also tools that help us enhance our phonecam picture once they are off our phones.
Synopsis: Have you always thought that creating and editing vectors in
Illustrator was a difficult task. Now, do not worry as Mark will be
demostrating and you will be witnessing how easy it is to create
vectors with "Live Trace" in Illustrator while still editing "Live"
with Photoshop simultaneously.

Synopsis: Building a website is no straightforward task. Before any
kind of aesthetic designing or coding, you need to plan how your site
is going to be laid out, where the elements are going to be and how
the user is being directed from one page to another. Traditionally,
these are done by scribbling on scraps of paper, and as we all know,
doodling abilities can vary.

Synopsis: Patrick will show how mapping is done in Photoshop after rendering a structure in 3D Max and also
creating an image in Photoshop and bring it over to 3D Max to do material mapping.

Speaker : Leon Lim
Synopsis : We know that there are channels in photoshop. So
what is it and how can we use it in a creative process ? I will show
how we can use channels to create a selection to bring elements from
different images together to form a design.
8:20 PM - Title: Adobe New Extensions Manager and the Extract filter
Speaker Stefano Virgilli (Director of Vox Labs)
Synopsis: Many may have felt lost when in PhotoshopCS4 were looking for
the Filter>Extract. In fact, from version CS4, it does not appears
anymore by default. It has to be downloaded from Adobe website.
To simplify this, Adobe created a useful resource platform called
Extension exchange. So anybody can download directly from the website,
or alternatively use the new application Extension Manager to get
extensions for any Adobe software.Stefano Virgilli, Adobe Certified Instructor, will brief
about the new extension management system in version CS4, and give a
demo on how to outline a person with the Extrac filter and change the
background.
